Dick Phillips

Amanda Downing, home grown in Lubbock, Texas graduated from Coronado High School and then Texas Tech University loves this town so much she wanted to build a career here after completing her education. She has been with our office right out of college in June 2012, and attained her licenses in all lines. She plays an administrative role in our office, along with creating marketing gifts as a part of our referral program. She is the creative one as she is always generating new marketing ideas every month. We are thankful for her ability to bring new light and purpose, to the old and mundane!

Chandra is from San Angelo and got a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Angelo State University. She moved to Lubbock in 2009 with her husband. She has been with our office for 9 years. She always greats you with a smile and loves to save people money! We are so thankful for her spirit, and that she is a constant reminder why we all became part of the industry, to help others!

Donna Riley, or Dodo as many call her, is a country girl from Acuff and Roosevelt ISD. She has been with us since 1997 after moving back to Lubbock from Taylor, Texas. She has 3 sons and 3 grand kids but many more who call her momma and Grando. You will find her ready to greet you with a smile or a hug and if you come in upset you won’t leave upset!!! We are so thankful for her fun loving personality, filling the office with smiles and laughter.

Irma, has worked with State Farm since 2015 and has been with our office since 2016. She is from El Paso she moved to Lubbock to Pursue a Law Degree and fell in Love with Insurance, she is the first person you will see in our office, she is a people person and loves to help and is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Kathy has been with State Farm since 2003 and with our office since 2013. She grew up on a farm here in Lubbock and graduated from Texas Tech in 2002. Her main goal is to make sure people are insured properly and understand what they have. She loves to help people with all their insurance needs, especially in commercial and agriculture needs.

Tori Ford is a true West Texan, born and raised. Graduate of Frenship High, Tori loves the Lubbock area and all it has to offer. Tori has been the insurance business since May 2020. Although just beginning her career with State Farm, Tori brings a vast knowledge of the field and an eagerness to take care of her customers to the greatest of her ability. We are sure you will find Tori to be a valuable asset to our team, just as we do.

Kassidy is just starting her journey in insurance and thought State Farm would be a great fit! Born and raised in Lubbock TX, she graduated from Trinity Christian High School in 2013, then attended 2 years of college in Cisco, Texas. Kassidy is licensed in all lines of business, has a background in customer service and loves getting to know our customers. If you stop by our office, she will always be there to greet you with a smile!
